Fire Kirin Player Complaint Log

Complaints feel personal in the moment, but written down they become useful data. A simple log shows what to fix first.

What to record

• Date and time.
• Player username.
• What they said, in one line.
• What you did.
• Whether they were satisfied.

Categories help

Tag each entry: slow load, slow cash-out, app trouble, game question, rules. After a month, count the tags.

What the counts tell you

Lots of "slow load" usually means your balance runs low at peak hours. Many "app trouble" entries suggest a pinned install guide would help. "Rules" complaints mean your pinned rules are unclear.

Fish game questions

Fire Kirin players often ask why a boss fish took so many shots. These are not really complaints, but logging them shows you which tips to add to your welcome messages.

Follow up

A day after fixing something, send the player a short note. It turns a bad experience into a reason to stay.

Keep it private

The log is for you. Never share it or post complaints publicly.

Review monthly

Pick one category to improve each month. Small, steady fixes add up.

Tools

A notes app or a spreadsheet tab is enough.

A sample month

Imagine thirty entries: twelve slow loads, eight install questions, six boss fish questions and four rule mix-ups. The fix order is obvious: keep more balance on Friday nights, pin an install guide, add one boss fish tip to welcomes and rewrite the confusing rule. Next month, count again and compare.
