Fire Kirin Agent Spreadsheet

A notebook works for a handful of players. Past that, a Fire Kirin agent needs a spreadsheet that answers "who, what, when" in seconds.

The transaction tab

One row per action. Columns: date and time, player username, type (load or redeem), points, money amount, payment reference, handled by, and a notes column. Nothing more is needed at first.

The daily summary

A second tab totals each day: points loaded, points redeemed, money in, money out. A simple SUMIFS by date does it. Glance at it every morning.

Reconcile with the panel

Once a day, compare your totals with what the Fire Kirin seller panel shows for transfers. If they differ, find the missing row before the day gets busy. Small gaps grow quickly when ignored.

Sharing with helpers

• Give helpers edit access to the transaction tab only.
• Protect the summary formulas.
• Never put panel passwords in the sheet.

Phone-friendly

Most entries are made on a phone. Keep columns narrow, freeze the header row and use drop-downs for the type column to avoid typing errors.

Back it up

Download a copy each month. If an account is lost or a file is damaged, you still have your history.

Add a player tab later

Once the transaction tab is routine, a third tab listing each username with its first load date, referral source and last activity becomes useful. Filter it during your monthly review to find quiet accounts, your most loyal players and which referrals actually brought people who stayed.
