Fire Kirin VIP Players

A handful of players often account for a large share of an agent’s loads. Treating them well, without bending your rules, keeps them with you.

Who counts as VIP

Look at your log for players who load the most over a month, not just once. Consistency matters more than one big night.

What you can offer

• Priority replies during your hours.
• Balance set aside so they never wait.
• Fast, careful handling of their cash-outs.
• A small, clear loyalty bonus if your numbers allow it.

Keep enough in reserve

A big player on a fish table can move many points in an hour. If you have two or three such players, size your seat with them in mind, especially on weekends.

Cash-outs

Large wins mean large cash-outs. Agree the process in advance, including any limits per day, and keep the money ready. Paying promptly is the best loyalty programme there is.

Rules still apply

Do not make exceptions that you could not repeat for anyone else, like loading on credit. If a VIP asks for something outside your rules, say no politely.

Watch for problems

If a player’s spending suddenly rises well beyond their normal pattern, or they say they are struggling, do not encourage more play. Point them to support and respect any request to stop.

Privacy

Never discuss one player’s wins or loads with another.

A personal touch

Remember the small things: the hours a regular usually plays, the payment route they prefer, the games they like. A short thank-you message after a long run of loads costs nothing and is remembered. Avoid gifts that look like pressure to keep playing; the aim is good service, not more spending.
