Fire Kirin House Rules Template

Clear rules, written before problems appear, settle most disputes in a sentence. Adapt this outline to your own page.

Section 1: accounts

One username per person. Do not share logins with friends or relatives. Lost passwords are reset only after the player confirms details we already hold.

Section 2: loading

Loads are made after payment arrives, never before. State the minimum load and the payment methods you accept. Mention how long a load usually takes during busy hours.

Section 3: cash-outs

List the hours you process redeems, any minimum amount and the information the player must send. Say plainly that redeems are processed in the order received.

Section 4: offers

Every extra credit offer has its own pinned terms with dates. Offers cannot be combined unless the post says so.

Section 5: conduct

• No insults or threats to the seller or other players.
• No posting of private payment screenshots in the group.
• No advertising for other pages.

Section 6: disputes

Explain that you check the Fire Kirin report first, since it records every load and redeem with a time. The record decides, and you reply within a stated time.

Announcing changes

Rules evolve. When you change one, post the new wording with the date it takes effect and leave a few days before it applies. Keep older versions in your notes so you can show which rule was in force on a given night if a player disputes it.

Keep it short

Rules nobody reads protect nobody. Aim for a single screen on a phone and update it when something new comes up.
