Fire Kirin Festival Season Planning

Holidays bring time off and gift money, and fish tables get busier. Fire Kirin agents who plan ahead have a good week; those who do not run out of points on day two.

Know your calendar

List the holidays that matter to your players: Christmas and New Year, Eid, Diwali, Dashain, Lunar New Year, national days. If your players span countries, you may have several peaks in a season.

Stock up early

Order your holiday stock a few days before, not on the morning of the holiday when everyone else is ordering too. A single larger order can also qualify for our promo.

Adjust hours

If you will be with family, say so in advance and publish reduced hours. Players accept "short hours on Eid day" when they know beforehand.

Helper cover

• Agree who covers which days.
• Give them a clear load limit.
• Leave redeem approvals with you.

After the rush

Expect a quieter week afterwards and more cash-out requests as players settle balances. Keep enough payout money ready, and do not let the quieter days tempt you into slower replies.

Review the season

Write down how much you sold and when you nearly ran out. Next year's plan starts with this year's notes. Include which helper shifts worked, which announcements players actually read, and how many days ahead your stock order should have been placed.
