Fire Kirin Backend Panel Guide

New Fire Kirin operators often ask what all the buttons in the backend panel do. Here is each screen in the order you will meet it during a normal shift.

Your score balance

Fire Kirin counts points as score. Your own remaining score is shown at the top. A player cannot be loaded beyond what you hold, so top up before a weekend rather than during it.

Player accounts

The account list holds every player you have made, with their current score. Use the search field rather than scrolling; long lists invite mistakes.

Set score and redeem

Loading a player is usually labelled set score or recharge. Taking points back at cash-out is the redeem action. Enter the amount, read the player name once more, then confirm.

Seller management

Higher seats get an extra area to create store or agent accounts and pass score down to them. If your seat is a store, this area simply is not there.

Game records and logs

Records show every score movement with a time. Use them at the end of each day to match your own notes, and when a player disputes a balance. Our panel glossary decodes the column names.

Working from a phone

The panel runs in mobile browsers. For the end-of-day check, a laptop makes the records far easier to read.

See the screens for yourself on an empty seat from our Fire Kirin distributor desk; the main Fire Kirin backend page covers login and loads.
