Fire Kirin Admin Password Reset

Fire Kirin has no email reset link. Instead, a new password is set by whoever sits above your seat in the network.

Follow the line upward

Your Fire Kirin seat was created by someone. That person, or that seat, is the one who can set a new password. For a store, it is the agent or distributor above. For a distributor seat bought from us, it is us.

What we ask for

We reply to the same WhatsApp number or email address that ordered the seat. Send the username exactly as it was issued and say which level it is. We will never ask for the old password, so do not send it.

Resetting people under you

Open your list of sellers in the Fire Kirin panel, pick the account and use the edit option to assign a temporary password. Pass it on privately and ask them to change it at first login. If you manage a busy room, write the date in your records so a later look at the history makes sense.

Stopping it happening again

• Keep passwords in a password manager, not in a photo.
• Use a phrase of several words; it is easier to remember.
• Do not share one password between staff.

Suspicious reset?

If your password changed and you did not change it, contact us at once. We can pause the seat while you secure it.
