Fire Kirin Store Counter Tablet Setup

Some Fire Kirin agents work from a shop counter. A dedicated tablet keeps the panel separate from the shop till and makes training staff easier.

One device, one job

Use the tablet only for the seller panel and your log. No social media, no personal email. Fewer apps means fewer distractions and less risk.

Lock it down

• Screen lock with a PIN only you and trusted staff know.
• Short auto-lock time.
• Browser set not to save the panel password.
• A stand that keeps the screen facing staff, not customers.

Panel access

Test that the tablet can reach the Fire Kirin panel reliably from your shop connection. If access is unstable from your location, solve that before customers are waiting.

Staff limits

Decide what staff can do alone: small loads, yes; redeems, only with your approval. Write it on a card beside the tablet.

Receipts

Give each customer a paper or digital receipt with username, points and time. It settles questions later and shows you run a tidy business.

End of day

Compare the panel transfers, the log and the cash drawer. Lock the tablet away overnight.

Train before the first shift

Spend half an hour with each staff member walking through a test load on a demo account, showing where the history screen is and practising what to say when a customer wants a cash-out. Staff who have rehearsed make far fewer mistakes when the counter gets busy.
