Fire Kirin Download and App Guide

Getting the Fire Kirin app

Players use Fire Kirin through its Android and iPhone apps. The official player page is start.firekirin.xyz:8580. Always send that address to players yourself instead of letting them search for it, because look-alike pages are common.

There is no sign-up form inside the app. Each player signs in using credentials you choose inside the Fire Kirin backend.

Installing on Android

1. Open the player page in Chrome.
2. Tap the Android button. A warning may appear because the file is not from Google Play.
3. Approve installs from that source, then open the downloaded file.
4. Start Fire Kirin and log in with the details your agent sent.

Installing on iPhone

1. Open the player page in Safari.
2. Pick the iOS button and follow the on-screen steps.
3. If the phone says the developer is untrusted, open Settings, General, VPN & Device Management and approve it.
4. Launch the app and log in.

Fixing common problems

Android refuses to install

Clear some storage and uninstall any older Fire Kirin copy first.

The app shuts straight away

Reboot the phone, then try a different connection, Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Wrong username or password

Look for a typo first. If that is not it, the agent resets the password in moments.

Is the app free?

Yes, downloading costs nothing. Players get credits from their agent, and agents get theirs from us on a prepaid basis.

Operators looking for a panel

After the business side instead? See the Fire Kirin agent account page or the distributor walkthrough.

App updates

Fire Kirin releases new app versions from time to time with fresh games and fixes. If something looks broken, reinstall from the current player page; the balance belongs to the account, not to the handset.
