Fire Kirin Player App Install on iPhone

On iPhone, Fire Kirin needs one trip into Settings after installing. Everything else is quick.

Open the link in Safari

In-app browsers inside chat apps often refuse the install. Copy the link and open it in Safari directly.

Steps

1. Pick iPhone on the link your agent sent, or on our download page.
2. Confirm the install and go to the home screen.
3. Wait until the Fire Kirin icon finishes.
4. Tap it. If iOS shows an "untrusted" warning, go to Settings, General, VPN and Device Management, choose the profile and tap Trust.
5. Open Fire Kirin again and sign in.

It worked yesterday, not today

Apps installed outside the App Store depend on a certificate. When Apple pulls it, the icon stops opening for every player at once. Your account and credits are fine. Your agent will share a new link; until then, use the browser version.
