Fire Kirin Player Password Reset

When a Fire Kirin player forgets their password, the reset comes from you, their agent. Doing it carefully protects their balance.

Confirm it is really them

Before resetting, make sure the request comes from the player’s usual chat or number. Someone else asking for a reset could be trying to take over a balance.

Reset in the panel

1. Sign in to your Fire Kirin panel.
2. Search the player’s username.
3. Use the option to change or reset the password.
4. Set a temporary password and save.

Send it privately

Send the temporary password in a one-to-one chat only. Ask the player to change it right after signing in.

If they still cannot sign in

Check that they are typing the exact username, including numbers. Ask whether they use the app or the web version; both use the same login.

Frequent forgetters

Suggest the player saves the login in their phone’s password manager.

This is not your agent password

If you forget your own panel password, that is a different process; see admin password reset.

Record it

Note the reset in your log with the date. If a dispute appears later, you will know when access changed.

Suspicious reset requests

A reset asked for from an unfamiliar number deserves a test: ask about something only the genuine player knows, like how much they loaded last time.

Agents learn these steps on an empty seat from our Fire Kirin distributor team.
