Fire Kirin Payment Dispute Handling

Money disagreements are the most stressful part of running a seat. A calm, repeatable process protects both you and the player and usually settles things within an hour.

"I paid but got no points"

1. Ask for the time, amount and the name on the sending account.
2. Search your own payment app for that exact amount.
3. Check the panel history in case you already loaded it.

If you find it, load and apologise for the wait. No match? Say kindly that the transfer has not landed and suggest they look at the status inside their own app.

"You never paid my cash-out"

Find the redeem in the firekirin.xyz:8888 history, then your outgoing payment. Share the payment reference with the player. If you truly missed it, pay at once and say so honestly.

Tone matters

Write "let me check that for you" rather than "you are wrong". Most disputes are delays or typos, not dishonesty.

Never load on pressure

Urgency is not proof. Wait until money is visible, even when a player is upset.

Keep it private

Pull any money argument out of the fish group and into a one-to-one thread. Public arguments damage everyone's trust.

Write it down

Log every dispute: date, player, issue, outcome. Patterns, such as the same player every week, tell you who to watch.

When to stop serving someone

A Fire Kirin player who claims phantom transfers week after week can be let go once any genuine credit is paid out.
