Fire Kirin Points Expiry Question

"Will my points disappear if I do not play?" is one of the most common questions Fire Kirin agents receive. Here is how to answer it carefully.

Your seat balance

Points sitting in your seller seat stay there until you transfer them. We have not seen balances in active seats vanish over time. If you plan to step away for a long period, tell us so we can note it.

Player balances

A player's balance sits in their account until they play it or redeem it. Answer honestly: you are not aware of an automatic expiry, but accounts that go unused for very long periods can run into login problems or be cleaned up by the platform. Encourage players to cash out or play their balance rather than leave it for months.

Your own rules matter

Some agents set a house rule, such as redeems must be requested within a certain time after a win. If you have a rule like that, publish it before a player loads, never after.

What not to say

• Do not promise balances are guaranteed forever.
• Do not threaten expiry to pressure players into playing.
• Do not remove points from an idle account yourself.

Keep a record

Note the balance of any account that goes quiet, with the date. If the player returns and asks, you have a clear reference.
