Fire Kirin Backend Security Checklist

Agents lose balance to stolen logins more often than to anything else. Run through this list once, then revisit it every month.

1. Use only the link we gave you

Save the panel address from our welcome message and never sign in through links in group chats or adverts. If the address ever changes, the news comes from us directly; see login address changes.

2. A unique password

Use a password for Fire Kirin that you use nowhere else, and change it after any device leaves your hands.

3. Lock every device

Phones, tablets and laptops that open the panel should all need a PIN or fingerprint.

4. Separate staff logins

Helpers get their own login under your seat. You can remove one person without disturbing anyone else.

5. Spot phishing

Urgent messages demanding your password, offering "free points" or threatening closure are scams. We never ask for your password.

6. Review the log weekly

Compare the transaction log with your own records. Anything you cannot explain needs a password change and a message to us. The log reading guide helps.

7. Log out on shared computers

If you ever use a computer that is not yours, sign out and clear the browser afterwards.

8. Keep contact details current

Make sure we can reach you if we notice something odd on your seat.
