Fire Kirin Cash Out Delays

Nothing upsets a player faster than a slow cash-out. Usually the cause is mundane, and usually it can be avoided or at least explained.

Common causes

• The request came outside your posted cash-out hours.
• You did not have enough set aside to pay at once.
• A payment route was slow or down.
• Details for paying the player were missing or wrong.

Prevent the avoidable ones

Post clear cash-out hours and minimums in your rules. Keep a separate cash-out fund. Ask for payout details when the player first joins, not at the moment they win.

Handling a request properly

1. Confirm the player’s balance in the panel at firekirin.xyz:8888.
2. Redeem the points from their account.
3. Pay them through the agreed route.
4. Send proof of payment and log it.

When there is a delay

Tell the player straight away, say why and give a realistic time. “I will pay at 10 am when my hours start” is far better than silence.

Do not pay from memory

Always check the panel before paying, even if you are sure. A mistaken payout is hard to recover.

Large wins

If you set a daily payout limit, state it in your rules from day one, never only after someone wins.

Learning from each delay

Note what caused it and change one thing so it does not repeat.

Keeping the player informed

Once you have paid, send a screenshot or reference straight away and ask the player to confirm receipt. If their payment route shows the money as pending, explain that it is on its way and tell them when to check again. Closing the loop clearly is what turns a slow cash-out into a forgivable one.

The full process is on cash-out process for agents; disputes are covered in player disputes.
