Fire Kirin Refund Requests

At some point a Fire Kirin regular will message asking to undo a payment. Deciding your answer before it happens makes the conversation short and fair.

Three common situations

Check before answering

Open the player in the panel at firekirin.xyz:8888. Look at the balance and the recent history. If the points are still there, a refund is simple: remove them, then return the money. If they are gone, the answer is a polite no.

A one-line policy

Payments are returned only for duplicates or for unplayed loads within 24 hours. Played points cannot be refunded.

Pin it next to your house rules so nobody can say they were not told.

Tone

Refusals land better with reasons. "I can see the 500 points were played between 9 and 10 PM, so I cannot refund them" is clear and calm.

Watch for patterns

A player who asks for refunds every week is telling you something. Lower their reload limit or end the arrangement.

Keep the evidence

Note every refund in your log with the reason. If the same question returns months later, you can show exactly what happened and when.
