Fire Kirin Staff Logins and Security

The biggest risk to a Fire Kirin seat is usually inside the room, not outside it.

Separate logins

Ask for a Fire Kirin login for every person who serves players. The report then shows who did each recharge, which settles most questions without argument.

Passphrases

A few random words strung together are stronger and easier to remember than a short password with symbols. Store them in a password manager, never in the player chat.

Counter devices

• Sign out at the end of each shift.
• Turn off password saving in the browser.
• Use a short auto-lock.
• Do not leave the agent page open on an unattended screen.

When staff leave

Remove access on their last day, then read their final week in the report. If you cannot remove it yourself, ask the seat above you.

Spotting trouble

Unknown usernames, recharges without payments or activity at closed hours mean look closer. Change the password first, then investigate. Send us the username and times if you need the seat paused.
