Fire Kirin Player Bonus Abuse

If you give players a welcome or reload bonus, a small number will try to exploit it. Clear rules written in advance are the best defence.

Common patterns

• Several new accounts from the same person, each claiming a welcome bonus.
• Loading, taking the bonus, and redeeming almost immediately without playing.
• Friends sharing one payment method across many accounts.

Write the rules first

State how often a bonus can be claimed, whether a minimum play-through applies before redeeming, and that one person gets one account. Publish it before any player claims, never after a dispute begins.

Check before paying

When a redeem follows soon after a bonus, open the history. If the player barely played, apply your published rule calmly and explain it.

Stay fair

Most players who claim a bonus are not abusing anything. Do not treat everyone as a suspect. Apply rules evenly and keep notes on each decision.

Limit exposure

Keep bonuses modest. A generous bonus attracts exactly the people you do not want, while loyal players care more about fast service.

When to remove a player

If someone repeatedly breaks the rules after warnings, settle their balance fairly and stop serving them. Document the reason.

Talk before you act

When something looks off, message the player first and ask about it. Often there is an innocent explanation, such as a family sharing a phone. A calm question keeps good players; an accusation drives them to another seller even when they did nothing wrong.
