Fire Kirin Agent Login Address Changes

Platforms occasionally move or adjust the address of the agent page. Here is how to react without falling for fake links.

Why an address might change

Platforms sometimes switch servers, change domains or adjust ports. When that happens, an old bookmark stops working even though your seat and balance are fine.

Confirm before you type a password

Only take a new address from your own supplier, through a contact you already use. Copycat pages with similar names appear in search results and in random messages. A login page that looks right is not proof.

Updating your setup

1. Delete the old bookmark.
2. Save the confirmed address in full, including the :8888 port and the page name.
3. Tell staff with their own logins to do the same.

If the old one still opens

Do not assume both are valid. Ask us which one to use and stick to it.

Protecting staff logins

Staff are the most likely to click a fake link sent in a random message. Tell them that new addresses only ever come from you, and ask them to check with you before typing a password anywhere unfamiliar. If anyone did enter details on a suspicious page, change that password at once and tell us.

Outside the US

The agent page may need a VPN from some countries. If the new address will not open, try a VPN or mobile data before assuming it is broken. Send us a screenshot of any error and we check from our side.
