Fire Kirin Margin Between Levels

Each step in the Fire Kirin chain buys points at one price and sells at a slightly higher one. Understanding that gap keeps you from working for nothing.

Three prices

There is the price you pay us, the price you charge your agents, and the price those agents charge players. Your margin is the gap between the first two; theirs is the gap between the last two.

Set the gap with your agents in mind

If you squeeze agents too hard, they cannot price competitively for players and they leave. If you give away too much, you carry all the risk for very little return. Most distributors find a middle point through trial and honest conversation.

Promos change the maths

When a large order qualifies for our 11% extra, your effective cost per point drops. Some sellers pass part of that to agents during busy seasons; others keep it as a buffer against slow weeks.

Do not forget costs

• Data plans and backup SIMs.
• Payment fees on the routes you use.
• Time spent on disputes and checks.

Margin minus these is what you actually earn.

Write it down

Keep a short table of your buy price, agent price and suggested player price. Update it whenever you change anything, and share the agent column with your agents so nobody is guessing.

Avoid race-to-the-bottom pricing

Cutting price to steal another seller's players usually just shrinks everyone's margin. Faster service wins players more reliably than cheaper points.
