Fire Kirin Group Chat Management

A group chat is the front counter of an online Fire Kirin business. A little structure keeps it useful instead of noisy.

Pin three things

1. How to download the app and sign in for the first time.
2. Your load and cash-out hours with the steps for each.
3. Your house rules in plain words.

New members read the pins and arrive with fewer questions.

Keep money talk private

Never ask for payment details, usernames or passwords in the open group. Move every transaction into a direct message. This protects players and keeps the group free of screenshots that could be misused.

Light moderation

• Remove spam links at once.
• Warn once, then remove anyone who harasses others.
• Do not allow other sellers to advertise in your group.

Quiet hours

If you cannot answer around the clock, say so in the pins and set the hours you are reachable. Players accept limits that are announced; they get angry about silence they did not expect.

When the group grows large

Past a few hundred members, one person cannot watch every message. Appoint a trusted regular as a helper moderator with clear limits: they can delete spam and remind people of the rules, but they never handle payments or usernames. Review their decisions now and then. Some sellers also split into two groups, one for announcements only and one for open chat, which keeps important posts from being buried under casual talk.

Using the group for good news

Share new lobby titles, boss-catch screenshots players volunteer and reminders about your schedule. Avoid daily hard selling, which mutes the group fast.
