Fire Kirin Weekly Reconciliation

Reconciling means checking that what your panel says happened matches what your money says happened. Done weekly, it takes about fifteen minutes and catches problems while they are still small.

What you need

• Your panel history for the week from firekirin.xyz:8888.
• Your payment app statements.
• Your own log or sheet.

Step 1: loads

Add up every load in the panel. Then add up every payment received. The two should match your price list. A shortfall usually means a load went out before money arrived.

Step 2: cash-outs

Add up redeems in the panel and payouts you sent. Any redeem without a matching payout is a player still waiting, so pay them first.

Step 3: stock

Take Monday's starting credit, add restocks, subtract loads, add back redeems: the answer must equal the figure on screen now. If it does not, look for a typed number with an extra zero.

Step 4: profit

Money received minus payouts minus restock cost is your week. Write the number down; a month of these tells you more than any feeling.

Common findings

Duplicate loads after a lag, a cash-out recorded twice, or a load to a similarly named player. Each one is easy to fix within a week and hard to fix after a month.

Pick a fixed time

Monday morning works for many agents: the weekend rush is over and memories are fresh.

A worked example

Say the panel shows 42,000 points loaded this week, but payments add up to the value of 40,000. That 2,000 gap is one or two loads. Search the history for loads near the time of any player who paid late or argued about a delay, and the missing row usually appears within minutes.
