The report page in your Fire Kirin agent panel settles questions faster than any chat thread.

Anatomy of an entry

Each line in the Fire Kirin report shows the time, the login that acted, the account involved, whether it was a recharge or a redeem, the amount and the resulting balance.

Finding what you need

Pick a date range to see one night. Type a username to see one player's history. Sub-distributors and masters can pick any seller below them.

Mistakes it reveals

• Recharges with no payment in your ledger.
• The same recharge twice within seconds.
• Redeems you forgot to pay out.
• Entries at times nobody was working.

A five-minute close

1. Set the range to today.
2. Total recharges and redeems.
3. Compare with your ledger and chase any mismatch before bed.

Fixing an error

Entries stay put. To undo a recharge to the wrong player, redeem it from that player and recharge the right one; note both. Login hygiene for staff is on staff logins and security.
