Fire Kirin Player FAQ Sheet

Ask any Fire Kirin agent and they will list the questions they answer on repeat. Pinning a short FAQ answers most of them before they are asked and frees you to load faster.

Questions worth including

1. How do I get the app or play in the browser?
2. How do I reload, and what details should I send?
3. How long does a reload take?
4. How do I cash out, and what is the format?
5. What are your hours and last-load time?
6. I forgot my password; what now?
7. Why do fish tables have different bet levels?
8. Can two people use one username? (No.)

Keep answers short

Two sentences each at most. If an answer needs more, link a longer note or explain in private chat. A FAQ that scrolls forever does not get read.

Write in your players' language

If most players write in Spanish, Tagalog or Arabic, translate the sheet. A second-language FAQ beside the English one costs an hour once and saves many messages.

Where to put it

Pin it in your group, attach it to your welcome message and keep it as a saved reply. When someone asks a covered question, reply with the sheet and the line number.

Update it

Every month, check which questions still arrive despite the sheet. Either the answer is unclear or the question is missing. Adjust the wording and repin.

What not to put in it

Your seat login, personal phone numbers or any promise about winning. Keep it to how your room works.
