Fire Kirin Player Disputes: How Agents Can Settle Them Calmly
Every Fire Kirin agent eventually gets a message from a player who thinks something went wrong. Handled well, that moment can actually strengthen trust. Here is how to settle disputes calmly and fairly.

Disagreements happen to every agent
Sooner or later a Fire Kirin player will message you upset. Maybe they say their credits never arrived, maybe a fish table round ended while their connection dropped, or maybe they think their balance looks lower than it should. How you handle that first message matters more than the problem itself. Players forgive mistakes; they rarely forgive being ignored or brushed off.
Reply fast, even before you have the answer
The first goal is to show the player someone is on it. A quick line such as "Thanks for telling me, I am checking your account now" lowers the temperature right away. Avoid arguing or guessing in that first reply. You do not know what happened yet, and a calm acknowledgement buys you the minutes you need to look properly.
Ask for the details you need
Get the player's username, roughly when the problem happened and what they expected to see. If they paid for a load, ask for the payment reference or a screenshot. Collecting this once, in a friendly way, saves a long back-and-forth and gives you something concrete to compare against.
Check the panel, not your memory
Open your Fire Kirin agent panel and look at that player's history for the time they mentioned. The records show when credits were added, when they were removed and what the balance was before and after. Match that against your own notes and the payment they sent. In most cases the answer is sitting right there: a load that went to a similar username, a payment that has not landed yet, or a balance that was simply played down.
Explain what you found in plain words
Share the result clearly and without blame. If the credits did go in and were played, walk the player through the times and amounts. If you made the mistake, say so and fix it straight away. Owning an error openly does more for your reputation than any bonus.
Know when to ask for help
If the panel shows something you cannot explain, such as a game that froze mid-round or a balance that does not match any entry, do not guess. Tell the player you are checking with your supplier, then message us with the username and time so we can look into it with you. Keep the player updated while you wait.
Learn from each case
After a dispute is settled, write one line in your log about what caused it. If the same issue keeps showing up, such as players mistyping usernames or paying before their account is ready, change your routine to stop it happening again. Fewer disputes means more time for loading players and growing your list.
