Fire Kirin Agent WhatsApp Setup

For many Fire Kirin agents, WhatsApp is the shop counter. A well-organised setup saves hours each week.

Use a separate number

Keep your personal WhatsApp for family. Set up WhatsApp Business on a second number for players. It keeps your private life separate and lets you switch off at the end of a shift.

Business profile

Add a short description, your hours and a greeting message. Do not post prices or promises of wins.

Quick replies

Create shortcuts for the messages you send all the time: a hello for newcomers, the browser link or app steps, payment details, your smallest load and the cash-out policy.

Labels

Tag chats as new player, waiting for payment, loaded, cash-out pending and done. At a glance you can see who needs you next.

Broadcast lists, used carefully

A broadcast list lets you send one message to many players who saved your number. Use it for real news, like changes to your hours, not for daily pushes. Too many messages and people block you.

Privacy

• Never share your firekirin.xyz:8888 password in chat.
• Turn on two-step verification in WhatsApp.
• Do not add players to groups where they can see each other’s numbers without consent.

Backups

Enable chat backup. Payment screenshots in old chats can settle disputes months later.

Status updates

WhatsApp Status is a gentle way to post your hours or a holiday notice. It disappears after a day and does not interrupt anyone, which makes it better than a broadcast for small updates.

Archiving finished chats

Once a load or cash-out is settled and logged, archive the chat. Your main list then shows only conversations that still need action.
