Fire Kirin Sub-Agent Setup

Once you have more demand than you can serve, you may want other people selling under you. That is what a sub-agent arrangement is for.

Is it right for you?

Sub-agents make sense when you know people who already have players and want their own seat, and when you have enough stock to supply them. If you are still learning your own seat, wait.

What you need

A seat level that allows creating agent seats under it. If yours does not, ask us about moving to a distributor seat.

Setting one up

1. Agree a buying price and minimum order with the person.
2. Create their seat from your panel and send them the login privately.
3. Ask them to change the password at once.
4. Take their first payment, then transfer points.

Price that works for both

Your sub-agent must be able to sell to players and still earn. Too high a price and they stop buying. Write the price down and change it rarely.

Transfers and records

For every transfer, record the date, points, payment and reference, and send the same line to the sub-agent. When both of you hold the same record, disagreements rarely start.

Stay in touch

A short weekly message to each sub-agent helps you spot problems early and plan stock.

If a sub-agent misbehaves

If someone mistreats players or does not pay, stop supplying them and talk it through. Your reputation is tied to theirs.

Price

Message us for price on larger blocks.

Start each new sub-agent with a modest transfer and raise it only after a few weeks of prompt payment.

Compare sub-distributor account and agent vs distributor.
