Fire Kirin Holiday Weekend Planning

Long weekends and festival days change how players behave. Fire Kirin agents who plan a week ahead avoid empty balances and missed messages.

Which holidays matter?

That depends on where your players live. For US groups, think Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and the Fourth of July. For South Asian groups, Eid and Dashain or Diwali. Your own history from the last holiday is the best guide to what happens.

Read last year’s numbers

Open the transaction log for the same holiday last time. Did loads rise or fall? On which day? Many agents find the evening before the holiday is busier than the day itself.

Order before the rush

Place your holiday order three or four days early. Combining a normal week with the extra holiday demand often takes an order past 5,000 points, which brings the 11% promo.

Announce your hours

If you will be with family, post exact hours in your group several days ahead and again the evening before. Players accept short hours; they dislike surprises.

Cover your breaks

A helper with their own login can take a shift while you are away. Agree beforehand which cash-outs they may process.

After the holiday

Note the totals in your planning sheet. Next year you will have two data points instead of one.

Bonuses

A holiday bonus is optional. If you offer one, write the rule clearly and keep it affordable.
