Fire Kirin Backend Login Troubleshooting

The Fire Kirin agent page is reliable, but a few quirks trip people up. Here are the fixes we hand out most often.

The :8888 detail

The Fire Kirin agent page lives on a web address with ":8888" and "Agent.aspx" in it. Drop either part and you get an error or an empty screen. Tap the link exactly as we sent it, and save that full version as your bookmark.

Networks that block the port

Hotel, school and office Wi-Fi often refuse traffic on 8888. The symptom is a page that loads forever. Turn Wi-Fi off and use mobile data for a minute to confirm.

Uppercase, lowercase

Fire Kirin treats "Store1" and "store1" as different. Check both the username and the password. Phone keyboards that capitalise the first letter are the usual cause.

Old tabs and saved sessions

A tab left open since yesterday may hold an expired session and quietly reject you. Close all Fire Kirin tabs, reopen one, and sign in again. If that fails, clear cookies for the agent site only.

Seat paused or locked

Several bad attempts in a row can pause access. Message us your Fire Kirin username and roughly when it stopped. Leave the password out. Our side of the panel shows the seat status, and we report back what it says. Menu tips for when you are back in are on the Fire Kirin backend page.
