Fire Kirin Agent Telegram Setup

Telegram suits agents who want players to reach them without sharing a phone number. Here is a clean way to set it up.

A username, not a number

Create a Telegram account and choose a public username. In privacy settings, hide your phone number from everyone. Players find you by the username alone.

A channel for announcements

A channel lets you post to all subscribers while they cannot post back. Use it for your hours, holiday notices and new bonus terms. Loads and cash-outs stay in private chats, one player at a time.

Saved Messages as a toolbox

Store your standard texts in Saved Messages: welcome, how to install the Fire Kirin app or open the browser link, payment steps, minimum load and cash-out rules. Copy and paste them when needed.

Folders

Sort chats into folders such as New, Active and Cash-out. On a busy night, you can work through one folder at a time.

Security basics

• Set a two-step verification password.
• Review active sessions and close any you do not recognise.
• Never send your seller panel password in Telegram.

Groups

If you run a player group, make it so members cannot see each other’s details, and set clear rules. Remove spam quickly.

One app or two?

Some agents use Telegram for announcements and WhatsApp for personal chats with players. Choose what your players already use.

Pinned messages

Pin your house rules at the top of each player chat or group. When a new player asks about minimum loads or cash-out hours, you can point to the pinned message instead of typing it again. Update the pin whenever your rules change, and say so in your channel.

See WhatsApp setup for the alternative, and tools checklist for the rest of your kit.
