Fire Kirin Hiring a Helper

Busy Fire Kirin agents eventually hit a wall: too many chats, too little sleep. A helper can fix that, if you set clear limits.

When it is time

If players regularly wait more than ten minutes during your peak, if you are missing messages while at another job, or if your records are slipping, it may be time for help.

Tasks to give first

• Greeting new players and sending install or browser instructions.
• Answering common questions from your saved replies.
• Checking that payment references match.

Keep loads, cash-outs and anything inside firekirin.xyz:8888 for yourself at the start.

Choosing someone

A person you know, who writes clearly and keeps calm with upset players. Try them on a quiet evening before trusting them with a Saturday.

The panel login

Your seller password controls your balance. If you later share access, change the password the day they stop working with you, and review the transfer history every day while they help.

Paying fairly

A fixed amount per shift or week works better than a share of anything. It avoids disputes and rewards steady service.

Hand-over notes

At the end of each shift, ask for a short note: who is waiting, who has paid and anything unusual. Read it before you start.

Feedback

Read a few of their chats each week. Praise good handling and correct mistakes privately.

Ending it well

If it does not work, end it politely, pay what is owed and remove any access.

Write the arrangement down in a short message both of you keep: hours, pay, tasks and what they must pass back to you.

Night cover ideas are in Fire Kirin agent night shift; an alternative is a sub-agent setup.
