Welcoming a New Fire Kirin Player: The First 24 Hours
The first day decides whether a new Fire Kirin player sticks with you or drifts to someone else. A short, friendly routine makes that day easy for both of you.

Reply fast to the first message
A newcomer who writes to you is usually ready to play right now. Answer within minutes if you can, greet them by name and ask one simple question: have they played Fire Kirin before? Their answer tells you how much hand-holding they need.
Create the account cleanly
Open your Fire Kirin agent panel, make a new player login and pick a username you can find again later, such as a short name plus a number. Set a password, write both down in your own records and send them in a single clear message. Remind the player to change the password once they are in.
Walk them through the app
Send the official player download link and wait while they install it on Android or iPhone. Many first-time players get stuck at the login screen, so stay in the chat until they confirm they can see the lobby. That small bit of patience saves you a string of confused messages later.
Guide the first fish table session
Suggest they start at a fish table with a low shot value. Explain that small fish fall quickly, bigger creatures take more hits and bosses pull the whole table together. A player who understands the basics in the first ten minutes is far more likely to come back tomorrow.
Load credits carefully
Add the first credits only after the player has paid you, and confirm the amount in the chat so there is no confusion. Every credit you move comes out of your own prepaid balance, so check it before a new player joins on a busy evening.
Follow up the next day
A short message the following day, asking how their first session went, shows you care and opens the door for their next load. Note what they enjoyed, whether boss fights or quick small-fish rounds, so your next reply feels personal.
Need an agent account first?
Message us with the words Fire Kirin agent. We open an empty Fire Kirin login so you can practise this whole routine before paying anything. Fire Kirin is prepaid only, rates are shared by message, and agents and distributors can hold up to 60%.
